Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account with bd9b or to use any part of the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or older. bd9b operates a strict no-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. If at any point bd9b determines that a player is under 21 years of age, that account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and all funds held in the account will be forfeited. bd9b may request documentary evidence of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account pending receipt of satisfactory age verification documentation.

Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the bd9b Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. bd9b makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and bd9b accepts no liability in such circumstances.

Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that you are registering for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use of the Platform or use on behalf of another person is expressly prohibited.

Registration Requirements

To register a bd9b account you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, create a secure password, and confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. bd9b reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account where it suspects that inaccurate or fraudulent information has been provided.

KYC Verification

bd9b is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal transactions. KYC verification requires you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a national identity card or passport) and, where required, proof of address. bd9b may also request proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bd9b will result in withdrawal requests being held pending completion of verification.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You must notify bd9b immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bd9b accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bd9b is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your bd9b account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. bd9b does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees which are outside bd9b's control. It is your responsibility to ensure that all funds deposited originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. bd9b will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not used for a deposit within the current account period. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times are displayed within your account dashboard. bd9b targets withdrawal processing within five minutes of approval for bKash and Nagad; actual processing times may vary based on the payment provider and network conditions. bd9b reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering

bd9b is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. All transactions on the Platform are subject to monitoring. bd9b reserves the right to freeze any account, delay any withdrawal, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities if it has reasonable grounds to believe that funds deposited on the Platform represent the proceeds of criminal activity. Players are prohibited from depositing funds obtained through illegal means.

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by bd9b are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where a wagering requirement applies, the stated multiplier must be met in full using real-money or bonus-money stakes (as specified in the individual offer terms) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in the bonus wallet at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

Bonus Abuse

bd9b monitors bonus usage patterns to detect abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using automated software or scripts; exploiting technical errors or loopholes; placing bets that individually or collectively violate the spirit of the offer; and colluding with other players. Where bonus abuse is identified, bd9b reserves the right to void all bonuses, reverse any associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register a bd9b account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus subject to the terms displayed during registration and on the promotions page at the time of deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, once per household, and once per IP address. bd9b reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or replace the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Player Protection Tools

bd9b provides responsible gaming tools to all players at no cost. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from the account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation. bd9b encourages all players to use these tools proactively and to set limits that reflect their personal financial situation and entertainment budget.

Self-Exclusion

A player who wishes to exclude themselves from bd9b entirely may activate self-exclusion through the account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period the player's account will be suspended and the player will be unable to log in, make deposits, place bets, or claim bonuses. bd9b will use reasonable endeavours to prevent marketing communications from being sent to a self-excluded player during the exclusion period.

Fraud and Collusion

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes on the bd9b Platform. This includes but is not limited to: using software to gain an unfair advantage; sharing information with other players to manipulate outcomes in multiplayer games; exploiting known software bugs or RNG vulnerabilities; using the Platform for money laundering; and using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment instruments. bd9b employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers and law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute fraudulent activity.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in respect of any deposit made to your bd9b account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated, bd9b reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, reverse any outstanding winnings, and refer the matter to a debt collection agency or legal counsel. bd9b may also report the matter to payment networks and relevant authorities.

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the bd9b Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of bd9b or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of bd9b.

Service Availability

bd9b takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the Platform is available at all times; however, bd9b does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. bd9b shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, system outages, network disruptions, or events outside bd9b's reasonable control including acts of God, government action, or third-party service provider failures.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd9b excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bd9b has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Right to Amend

bd9b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bd9b will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance by contacting [email protected].

Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact bd9b's support team in the first instance at [email protected]. bd9b is committed to resolving complaints fairly, transparently, and promptly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, bd9b will engage in good-faith efforts to reach a satisfactory resolution through alternative dispute resolution where applicable.
